IF

Well,I know the title is not original,it is taken from one of the greatest and most inspiring poems by Rudyard Kipling.I wrote this one day,much before even falling in love,then I didn't know that I would feel exactly the same some day.But then life is like that,I thought I'm writing this for all those heartbroken lovers,but didn't really know it was meant for me...

If you could see those eyes,

That waited for you for weeks

If you could see those pearls 

That bedew'd my cheeks

When pain was inflicted upon you,

And when you were not given the due.

If you could see my unrevealed love,

In my loving deeds,deliberate.

If you could see my happiness

In those moments great,

When we were together,lonely.

If you had ever felt that I loved you only,

You would not have gone away

And good times were here to stay....
